What’s included in your bespoke strategy package?

We include a half-day workshop to go through everything in great detail (Either via video call or in person: Devon/London/Birmingham/Bristol)

We also create a detailed slide deck tailored to your requirements, containing:

  • Your current situation - an audit of your existing business model and operations

  • What your business aims are and quarterly targets for how you can reach them

  • Guidance on processes from governing policies to standard operating procedures

  • Strategic improvement ideas for each internal department from marketing to finance

  • A breakdown of departmental roles and responsibilities, now, and for your growth plans

  • A timeline in order of importance for what needs to be achieved

  • Examples of how each element can be measured and refined, as you progress

There is a simple 3-step process before onboarding with us:

  1. Free Discovery call (30 min) to see if we're a good fit

  2. We sign a contract with a 50% payment upfront.

  3. You complete a form with details of your requirements

Upon this we will decide on the following:

  • Book workshop date & venue

  • Schedule weekly check-in calls to clarify and refine
