Collaborative Workshops: We believe in open dialogue and brainstorming alongside you. We utilise workshops, video calls, or in-person meetings (depending on your preference) to get the best results.
Iterative Development: We work together, refining ideas through online documentation and regular updates. We prioritise progress over perfectionism, aiming for an "80/20" approach where "good enough" becomes a springboard for further development.
Open Communication: We maintain an open communication flow through email, project management tools like Trello or Asana, and even WhatsApp or phone calls when needed.
Coaching & Training Sessions: Sometimes it just makes sense to take a task in-house. And recently we’ve coached our clients on how to develop their business strategy, and created bespoke training courses on how to improve their website’s SEO and update CMS.
Strategy Sessions: A one-off 90 minute video call where you can get super clear on your business roadmap. The strategy sessions are best for solo-entrepreneurs and micro-business owners who want a strategic thinking partner to reach the next level.
How we keep you informed
Weekly Updates & Monthly Reports: We'll provide you with regular updates on project progress, typically delivered weekly, with a comprehensive report following each month. We stay in regular contact to address any immediate concerns that arise throughout the week.
Feedback and Revisions
To ensure a smooth working relationship, we start strong with clear project briefs, strategic roadmaps, and well-defined contracts outlining our collaboration. We also offer two sets of revisions as standard.
Staying on Track
We use project management software to track tasks and progress visually. We also leverage email or calendar reminders and schedule frequent meetings to keep everyone informed and aligned with deadlines.
