Neurodiversity-friendly marketing support for SMEs
Running a business as a neurodiverse person comes with flexibility, freedom and often a huge amount of challenges. We know first-hand that one-size-fits-all solutions are a burden for the neurodivergent business community, so everything we offer is tailored to your business needs and personal working requirements. It takes patience, understanding and adaptation to create a unique marketing solution that is both impactful and rewarding.
When you choose to work with us, we develop a working pattern and a style of communication that suits you.
Here are some examples:
One client with ADHD is hyper-focused on the day-to-day running of her creative business and doesn't have the time nor capacity to be proactive about her marketing. So, working collaboratively in a series of fun in-person workshops we created a strategy. Then Ipsa creates a month-by-month to-do list for her to action with social media content and other ideas ready to implement.
For another client who is autistic, we only communicate through email and private chat. Whilst they fully control what we do, we do all marketing implementation on their behalf. This includes driving new business enquiries and growing brand awareness through their digital marketing channels.
From support with social media ideas to a fully outsourced marketing team, we are a neurodiversity-friendly marketing consultancy that adapts to your needs.
