Work smart or work hard?
In today's culture being 'busy' can sometimes be seen as a badge of honor. But what if I told you that this isn't a good thing? What is there was a way you could create space between all of the 'busy' for some much needed space or, dare I say it, rest?
We call it *working smart*.
It's all about making good, clear decisions about what needs to happen now, next and in the future whilst building systems and processes to help you in the future.
Simple, right?
We can be our own worst enemies when it comes to the intention of working smart. We've all done it. You fall into that pattern of doing anything to feel like you're being productive or making progress. I hate to break it to you... this is called 'being a busy fool'. And unfortunately that is what I hear when someone tells me that they're 'busy' - they're running about like a headless chicken, spreading themselves too thinly and spending too much time on the wrong activities because there is a fear that doing something is better than doing nothing.
Is this sounding familiar?
As a specialist in building lean operations both for marketing teams and for the wider business, we can enable you to set up systems and processes to make sustainable change that enables you to finally get that book written/product launched/take much needed time off.
If you're noticing that you tend to follow these patterns you might like to sign up here for details about our forthcoming 'Work Smart Workshop' happening online.
